Setup

To be able to integrate to HDL the communication needs to be setup and also which data that is to be integrated such as items, pricelists, stock etc.

Integration Setup

HDL Commerce platform includes many different products.

A typical setup looks like this:

  • One instance with PIM
  • One or more commerce instances connected to Store Fronts



Site setup

On the site section all the sites that needs to be updated with data from BC need to be added.

Site card setup



General

  • Site Code - Defines the code of the site
  • Site Description - A short description of what site is used for
  • Site Enabled - true/false to enable the site.

Outbound

  • Authenication, Base URL - Sets up the base URL to communicate to the HDL commerce platform.
  • Authentication, HDL Token - Sets the predefined token to authenticate with HDL commerce platform.
  • Inventory, enable to send stock to site.
  • Products, enable to send products to site.
  • Orderstatus, enable to send orderstatus updates.
    The orderstatus message is send when
    a) an order is imported.
    b) an order is delivered in BC.
  • Order cancellation, enable to send orderstatus that order has been cancelled in BC.
  • Customers, enable to send customer data to HDL to enable B2B scenarios.


Virtual Stock

To enable using a virtual location inside BC the "Enable virtual stock" can be enabled.


Enable products

Before the integration can be send to HDL Commerce the products needs to be "Omni Channel Enabled". This is done on the item card.




Price lists

Every pricelist that is to be used on the HDL platform needs to be configured inside BC. The pricelist is opened from the site setup list.


Every pricelist is connected to a site to make sure every site can have its own pricelist.


The supported types of pricelists are:

  • Customer price group
  • Customer discount group
  • All Customers
