How often is data send to madden?

It depdens on your setup under "Job Que transactions". Check the interval on the madden jobs.

To change the interval for sending data to madden open the job queue list,

1. Use the search button and search for "job queue entries".
2. Open the page
3. Select one of the madden jobs in the "MADDEN" job queue category.
4. Open the job queue entry
5. Click "Set on hold"
6. Change the desired interval
7. Set the job to ready

No data is send to Madden?

Open up the job que entries and see if there is a problem with the processing job. Look at the log for both the processing job and the upload job. 

I have stores and my data is missing in Madden?

The most common problem is that the Z-reports from yesterday was not posted.

Can I rensend stock for a specific Item?

Yes, that can be done by using the "Init Data" function under "MA Log -> Setup -> Init Data" function.  Select "Stock" and set a filter on the product on variant level.

How can i do a full stock sync?

Change the last processed date to blank on the "stock" integration object. The integration object can be found under "MA Log- > Setup -> Show integration object".

I have an error in the MA log and I cannot see whats wrong?

Find the log record and then click "Show Response content" from the "Action - > Content" menu. A file will now be opened and search for "400" (Its the status of a failed data upload) and see whats wrong.

How do I send changed products  manually to Madden?

Open up the integration objects and process then integration object.

1. MA Log->Actions->Setup->View integration objects
2. Choose message type "Products"
3. Click Process outbound from menu.

What does the date-settings mean in the Madden analysis view?

Order Date - Date when order is created, Document date in BC

Shipment Date - Date when is order supposed to be shipped, Requested Shipment date in BC

Invoice Date - Completed date in Madden, Posting Date in BC
