Delivery Worksheet

By using the delivery worksheets feature, picks can be created based on fulfillment rate either on the whole order or by a single style. The feature uses "Inventory Pick" to integrate with WMS systems and/or warehouse shop floor processes.

Introduction

This document describes the delivery worksheet feature in Anyware Retail.

Scenarios

Delivery worksheets are primarily used in wholesale business, or in combination with preorder where the sales order stock is built up before the purchase is done. The output of the delivery worksheets are "Inventory Pick" documents, which can be processed manually or by an integration.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this functionality.

Walk through

To generate a delivery worksheet suggestion, follow the steps below:

  1. Start by searching for "Delivery Worksheets" in the search pane.
  2. A list of all available worksheets will show. Select one of the worksheets by clicking on the line. Open up the worksheet by clicking the "Worksheet" button.
  3. The delivery worksheet page is now shown.
  4. Generate a new suggestion by clicking the "Calculate Worksheet" button.
  5. A filter dialog appears. It is here possible to filter out the records to include in the suggestion, based on the "Mode" selected at the top. When finished, click "OK".
  6. When processed, the suggestion appears in the delivery worksheet.
  7. Click "Calculate Inventory" to fill the lines with available quantity to ship. This will pre-fill the "Qty. to Ship" columns, the fulfillment rates and check the "Carry Out" column if approved.

Each line here represent one single order included in the suggestion. For each line, a summary is displayed in the fact box area at the right. This includes the total fulfillment rate as well. The columns "Order fulfillment %" indicates the total piece of the order available to ship at the moment. This also results in the "Carry Out" column being filled out automatically or not. It is always possible to manually check the "Carry Out" checkbox in order to include the line in the created picks.

To adjust the line items manually, click "Current Order Lines" to display the order lines for the current order. Or click "All Lines" to display all order lines for all orders included in the suggestion. The "Qty. to Ship" column can here be manually adjusted.

To carry out the suggestion, click "Carry Out Suggestion". This will generate "Inventory Pick" documents for all approved orders. And the worksheet will be cleared.
