Product Attributes

Each product can have many attributes. 

Product attributes can be added dynamicly. The setup can be found throught omni channel setup page.

Omnichannel Setup - > HDL Integration Objects -> Product Object.

Mandatory attributes

Tax Class Id needs to be added for a product.

Walk through

Follow the instructions below to add your first attributes

1. Open Omni Channel API Setup by searching for "Omni Channel API Setup"
2. Click the menu, HDL -> Integration Objects
3. Add a new object with the same name
1. Integration Code, set "HDL"
2. Code "PRODUCTS"
3. Message Type "Products"
4. Source table, Normally items is the main source attribute for product attributes, then set 27.

4. Click "View fieldmapping"

Here different fields can be added dynamicly.

a) Add a name for the "key", this is the name of the attribute. This is found inside the HDL Commerce platform on the attributes setup page.

b) Click the assist button and choose the field inside BC

c) Click "Active" if field should be active in the integration.

d) Start over on the next attribute.
