This document describes the different attributes and properties available on item and variant level, provided by Anyware Retail. It also explaines the availability of the information for each and one of these fields.
In retail business it is crusual to be able to create statistic reports and to analyze based on an extended amount of attributes and properties compared to what standard Business Central has to offer. Therefor the traditional item card is extended with a number of different fields for this purpose. Most of them are available on transaction level, which adds the possibility to either analyze based on the actual historical transactions, but also based on the last known values entered on the item card as of now.
There are no prerequisites for this functionality.
Below is an example of a typical item card for a product available in different colors and sizes, and on the "General" tab the statistical properties are visible and filled out.
The following properties are available on the item card:

| Composition | Specifies the percentages of each component used in the final product. Can be specified in detail in the lookup details. | Item card only. |
| Season Code | Specifies the season of the product. Can either be defined as the introduction season, or the current season for carry-overs. | Transactional level. |
| Collection Code | Statistic field identifying the owner collection. | Transactional level. |
| Brand Code | Statistic field identifying the owner brand. | Transactional level. |
| Item Type | Statistic field identifying the corresponding item type. | Transactional level. |
| Item Group Code | Statistic field identifying the corresponding item group. Also used in communication with the suppliers. | Transactional level. |
| Theme Code | Statistic field identifying the corresponding theme. | Transactional level. |
| Item Status | Indicating the current status of the current product phase. Can control the blocking functionality in Business Central. | Transactional level. |
On top of this, the following properties are also available on the item variants:
